White Supremacist Says North Dakota Town Building Ban Targets Him

LEITH, N.D.—LEITH, N.D. (AP) — Leaders in a small North Dakota town have approved a moratorium on new construction in a move a white supremacist says unfairly targets him.

Craig Cobb has bought a home and 12 other lots in Leith (leeth) and is encouraging others who want to build an Aryan enclave with him to move there and help him take control of the community.
