White House Sends Aides to Work with Dems on Obamacare Woes

The White House is sending its top brass to huddle with Senate Democrats during a Thursday lunch briefing on Capitol Hill, hoping to alleviate growing concerns over the administration's handling of the sweeping law.

Among the officials to brief lawmakers include White House Chief of Staff Denis McDonough, Obama economic adviser Jeff Zients and Marilyn Tavenner, the administrator for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, Democratic sources said. Zients was chosen by the administration to fix the lingering problems with the new health care law's website.
