West Virginia Says Water Ban Partially Lifted After Chemical Spill

A ban on tap water tainted by a chemical spill in West Virginia has been partially lifted, the state's governor has said.

Some 300,000 people in the state have been forced to wash, cook and brush their teeth with bottled water for five days straight after the leak from a tank into a Charleston river.

Governor Earl Tomblin announced on Monday the ban was being lifted in increments.
