Two children pulled from a burning home on Detroit's west side Friday have died, according to police.
According to the department, the fire started in a home before 1 p.m. The two boys—ages 1 and 4—were pulled from the home and taken to area hospitals, officials said.
Detroit police Chief James Craig said the children were home alone when the fire started.
