Alert viewers might note that tonight's scheduled episode of The Independents (Fox Business Network, 9 p.m. ET, 6 p.m. PT, repeats three hours later) starts precisely when the Ferguson Grand Jury announcement is schedule to come. So, Neil Cavuto will intro the press conference, FBN will run it live, then kick it back to us for whatever time is left before 10 p.m.
