Thousands Fleeing Violence in Eastern Congo

(Reuters)—Thousands of Congolese civilians fled to neighboring Uganda on Friday to escape clashes between rival rebel factions, one of them led by Bosco Ntaganda, a renegade general wanted on war-crimes charges, witnesses said.
