From 1972, here is Mad magazine's tour of the political spectrum: a birdwatcher's guide to the traits and habits of liberals, leftists, New Left extremists, conservatives, reactionaries, and right-wing militants. Many of the jokes are dated, but of course that's part of the fun.

(I first read this when I was around 14 years old. It may have had an undue level of influence on my perception of American politics.)
