Writer's picture: OurStudioOurStudio

The Supreme Court on Monday rejected a bid to prevent the National Security Agency from collecting records on all U.S. phone calls.

Without comment, the court declined to hear the case brought by the Electronic Privacy Information Center.

Lawsuits brought by other groups such as the American Civil Liberties Union and the Electronic Frontier Foundation challenging the controversial NSA program will continue to move forward in federal court.
