Suicide Attack on Intelligence Headquarters in Kabul

Six militants in suicide vests attacked the Afghan intelligence headquarters in Kabul on Wednesday, detonating a car bomb at the gates of the compound in a coordinated assault that killed one person and wounded dozens, officials said.

Taliban spokesman Zabiullah Mujahidclaimed responsibility for the assault in a text message sent to The Associated Press.
