State Investigation of Cleveland Police Chase, Shooting Not Enough for Civil Rights Group

Several Cleveland civil rights organizations and church groups called Tuesday night for an investigation by an independent party, appointment of a special prosecutor as a result of Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine's report about the Cleveland police shooting where two people died in November.
