Saudi Arabia To Restrict Pilgrimage Visas

Due to the fears of a virus spread, Saudi Arabia has decided to put restrictions over the issuing of pilgrim visas. As the effect of the decision, this time no elderly, pregnant women and children will be allowed for the hajj and umrah pilgrimages.

Confirmations over the above decision have come recently from the French health ministry. In their statements on Tuesday, the concerned officials have cleared that the country wants to combat the spread of the MERS coronavirus. Following same, this time the officers will be stricter at issuing of the pilgrim visas.
