Russia Releases Photo of Alleged CIA Recruitment Letter

The Russian Security Service, FSB, issued a photo of an alleged CIA recruitment letter intended for a Russian intelligence officer.

The letter was among items carried, according to the FSB, by an alleged CIA officer operating under the guise of a diplomat at the U.S. Embassy.
