Poll: Majority of Americans, Chinese View the Other Unfavorably

President Barack Obama is scheduled to meet with Chinese President Xi Jinping later this week in what will be their first encounter since Xi assumed the role in March.

As they prepare for two days of private meetings that will cover a variety of topics, citizens of both nations have expressed unfavorable opinions of one another, according to the latest Pew Research Center poll.
