They are on opposite sides of the presidential campaign, but GOP vice presidential nominee Paul Ryan says he and Chicago mayor Rahm Emanuel are on the same side regarding the teacher's strike.
Ryan, a Wisconsin congressman, made his comments today at a campaign rally in Portland, Ore.
