Charleston, West Virginia, Mayor Danny Jones says you can't arrest someone for trespassing in a public place. But that's just what some of the city's police officers did. Bradford Sims was walking his dog along Kanawha Boulevard, where a classic car show going on. The organizers had posted signs saying no dogs were allowed. And when Sims refused to leave, cops arrested him. Jones says that arrest was unlawful, but officials say the officers who arrested Sims will not be reprimanded.
