LITTLE ROCK, Ark.– Authorities say a police officer is on paid, administrative leave after a 107-year-old Arkansas man was killed in a weekend standoff.

Pine Bluff Police Sgt. David DeFoor said Tuesday that an officer who was involved in the standoff was placed on leave immediately after the Saturday incident.

DeFoor wouldn't release the name of the officer, who has not been charged with any wrongdoing.
