Obama Urges Congress Not To Impose Sanctions on Iran

WASHINGTON — President Barack Obama is urging Congress to not impose new sanctions on Iran.

An international deal was announced over the weekend for Iran to roll back its nuclear program in exchange for sanctions relief. Obama told reporters Monday that the agreement, "allows us to have the time and space" to negotiate a longer term deal.
