"Our 'for sale' sign has been taken down and we are here to stay," Chen wrote, mentioning BlackBerry's recent investment from Fairfax Financial as a sign that the business is not doomed to failure.
The CEO also described reports of BlackBerry's death as "greatly exaggerated".
"We're going back to our heritage and roots—delivering enterprise-grade, end-to-end mobile solutions."
