NASA Postpones Virginia Rocket Launches

High cirrus clouds have postponed the launch of two sounding rockets from NASA's Wallops Island Facility in Virginia.

The launches will support a joint project between NASA and the Japanese Aerospace Exploration Agency to study a global electrical current that sweeps through the ionosphere.

NASA says clear skies are needed for the project.
