Massachusetts Town's Swearing Law Struck Down

A small town in Massachusetts had it's big plans to ban swearing thwarted as the state's attorney general decreed that foul language is protected by the Constitution.

Massachusetts Attorney General Martha Coakley is recommending that the town of Middleborough change or repeal a bylaw that prohibits public profanity.
