Man Who Died After Setting Himself on Fire at the National Mall Identified

A man who died after setting himself on fire on the National Mall in Washington has been identified as John Constantino, 64, of Mount Laurel, N.J.

Washington, D.C., Metropolitan Police released the name in a statement Monday evening and asked anyone with information about the case to call the department.
