Today after 1 p.m. PT on the public radio giant KCRW in Santa Monica, Ca., I will appear on Warren Olney's excellent program To the Point to discuss the presidential candidacy of Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Florida), specifically his foreign policy ideas, and how they contrast with those of fellow candidate Sen. Rand Paul (R-Kentucky).
