LAX Shooting Suspect To Make First Court Appearance Wednesday

LOS ANGELES (AP)—A man charged with killing a Transportation Security Administration officer during an attack at Los Angeles International Airport last month is scheduled to make his first court appearance Wednesday.

Authorities say 23-year-old Paul Ciancia (see-AHN'-see-uh) will have his first court hearing at a San Bernardino County jail. He's being housed at the facility in federal custody.
