A paranoid Kim was allegedly concerned pictures of her newborn baby were going to be leaked to the media.

So the curvy new mum devised a plan to see who she can and can't trust within her inner circle of friends, a source said.

Kim and Kanye shared pictures they claimed were of their daughter North West – but was in fact a BOGUS baby according to reports.

Six pictures were sent to half-dozen friends and someone has already betrayed their trust by attempting to sell one of the snaps for "a lot" of money, say US gossip site TMZ.
