Jury Pool for Holmes Trial May Be Biggest Ever

DENVER—A trial expert says the 5,000 people expected to get a jury summons in the Colorado theater shooting trial would be among the highest number ever in the nation.

The Denver Post reported Thursday that jury-selection consultant Jeffrey Frederick says the projected number of potential jurors is the highest he could recall.

Judge Carlos Samour Jr. has said that about 3,500 people would likely respond.
