Judge Rules 11-Year-Old Maine Girl Not Competent to Stand Trial for Manslaughter Yet

A judge approved recommendations by state prosecutors this week that an 11-year-old Fairfield girl charged with manslaughter of an infant is not yet ready to stand trial.
