Jorge Videla, Former Argentine Dictator, Dies in Prison

Videla was the de facto president of Argentina from 1976 to 1981 after coming to power in a coup.

He died of natural causes in his Buenos Aires prison cell, the Argentine government said, where he was serving a life sentence for crimes against humanity.
