Police in Ibiza pulled over the driver of a van to test him for possible drunk driving. They found he hadn't been drinking. They also found three couples in the back of the van having sex. They cited each of them for not wearing their seat belts. That carries a $270 fine, but since they all agreed to pay it on the spot, the fine was automatically cut in half.
