Handcuffed Suspect Drives Away in Patrol Car

A police dashboard camera captured the moment the man escaped in a police car after being arrested for burglary in White Settlement, Texas.

Police have identified the man as Darren Porter, 41, who was initially arrested at the scene of the burglary, handcuffed, and placed in the back of the police car.
