Haiti Airport to Be Named After Hugo Chavez

PORT-AU-PRINCE, Haiti, April 19 (UPI) — Haiti Thursday announced the international airport in Cap-Haitien, Haiti's second-largest city, will be named after late Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez.

Haiti built a new 7,500-foot asphault runway in Cap-Haitien in October, The Miami Herald reported.
