Gov. Dannel Malloy (D-Ct.) is declaring victory, claiming he has a 12,000 vote lead with several Democratic strongholds yet to report. The AP count has Malloy trailing Republican Tom Foley by 1,750 votes as of 12:50 a.m. ET, although the Republican has admitted he's "probably" lost.
