After members of a fraternity at the University of Oklahoma were caught on video using racial slurs, officials at the University of Georgia called a meeting with their own Greek organizations to talk to them. About hoop skirts. After the meeting, hoop skirts were banned at Greek events. School officials claim the Greeks made the decision on their own.
