Former Florida Cop Sentenced to 12 Years in Prison

CRESTVIEW — Former Crestview police major Joseph Floyd will spend the next 12 years in prison for racketeering. Several people testified during Floyd's sentencing hearing. Floyd even took the stand himself asking the judge for a lighter sentence. He said that he has lost everything, his home, vehicles, even furniture.
