Filibuster Sparks Continuing Civil Liberties Discussion

HARRISBURG – U.S. Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., has finally stopped talking, but the discussion on national security and civil liberties that he and several other members of the Senate began with a 12-hour filibuster on Wednesday is continuing.
