Female Des Moines "Community Service Officer" Suing over Retaliation, Sexual Harrassment, and Gender

The Des Plaines Police Department is embroiled in yet another lawsuit — this time involving a female community service officer who says she was subjected to sexual harassment, retaliation and gender discrimination by former and current department supervisors.

Defendants include the city, current police Chief William Kushner, former Chief James Prandini, former Acting Chief Mike Kozak, a former sergeant and a current department manager.
