Feds Seize Pirated Android App Sites

Federal prosecutors shut down three websites that hosted pirated applications for Android phones—the first-ever crackdown of its kind.

The government executed seizure orders against applanet.net, appbucket.net and snappzmarket.com after an international investigation with Dutch and French authorities, among others.
