Senior leader of the CPN-UML, Madhav Kumar Nepal, claimed that the authoritarian thinking of the incumbent Prime Minister, Dr. Baburam Bhattarai, has obstructed the national consensus.
Releasing the book, ´Environment Disaster and Climate Change´, he alleged that Prime Minister Bhattarai has stuck to state power instead of sacrificing for the sake of political consensus and the nation.
