EU Releases Report Critical of Israeli Settlements

JERUSALEM, March 1 (UPI) — The European Union issued a report critical of Israel for building settlements in would-be Palestinian territories and threatened sanctions.

The 15-page report issued earlier this week called the Israeli government's strategy to build settlements in eastern Jerusalem "the biggest single threat to the two-state solution."
