Easily Frightened

Erica Moreno and Katti Putnam are suing the Michigan Department of Corrections after one of the agency's officers shot their dog during a raid. The officers raided their house looking for a fugitive who actually lived next door. One officer entered their backyard and shot the dog. A neighbor who witnessed the shooting said the dog did not threaten the officer.
