Double Suicide Attack Near U.S. Base in Afghanistan Kills At Least 12

At least 12 people are dead following a suicide attack in Afghanistan. Two men blew themselves up near a U.S. base in the eastern part of the country.

No Americans or NATO troops were killed, but a number of soldiers were hurt.
