Chicago School Board Chief Optimistic About Deal with Teachers' Union

As Chicago Public Schools teachers hit the picket lines for a second day, school board President David Vitale made the rounds of the morning television news shows, stressing he stills thinks a deal can be done Tuesday.

Vitale stressed that he saw no reason an agreement couldn't be reached.
