Cameron: Prisoners Will Not Get Vote

The Prime Minister said "prisoners will not get the vote under this government", but ministers have left the door open for a compromise agreement to placate the European Court of Human Rights.

Dominic Grieve, the Attorney General, is leading efforts to find a "flexible" solution, which has angered some Conservatives who believe Britain should simply disobey Strasbourg.
