CA Governor Unveils $1.5 Billion Waterfront Deal

Gov. Jerry Brown on Wednesday announced a $1.5 billion investment by a Chinese holding group to transform a 65-acre waterfront property adjacent to Jack London Square into a community with housing, retail, commercial space, parks and restored wetlands.
