Brooklyn Man Sues over Police Beating Caught on Video

A Brooklyn man whose beating by two police officers was caught on videotape has filed a civil rights lawsuit against the officers and New York City.

Ehud Halevy's complaint over the Oct. 8 beating was filed Tuesday in federal court in Brooklyn.

The 21-year-old Halevy was arrested inside a Jewish community center on charges including assault, resisting arrest and trespassing.
