Starting Feb. 1, India will ban e-commerce companies from selling goods made by companies in which they have an ownership stake. The move follows complaints by Indian retailers that companies such as Walmart-owned Flipkart Group and Amazon are selling goods from companies they have a stake in or have exclusive agreements with at very low prices.
