The driver was stopped for tailgating. He ended up getting his genitals and buttocks groped by a New Jersey state trooper. Video shows Trooper Joseph Drew telling the man he smells marijuana. The man, whose name was not released by the media because he is the victim of a sexual assault, protests he has no drugs. But Drew puts on gloves and reaches inside the man's underwear as they stand on the side of the road. Drew found no drugs on the man or in his car.
