Thai police have accepted a criminal complaint against Wanchaleom Jamneanphol, a YouTube personality popular in that country, for calling a dress worn by Miss Thailand in the Miss Universe contest ugly. The dress was designed by Princess Sirivannavari Nariratana, and Thai law makes it illegal to say anything negative about the Thai royal family.
