New Jersey's Lakeland Regional High School has banned students from taking limousines or private party buses to the prom. Students can only use transportation provided by the school. Officials say the move is about safety and equity. Limos can be expensive to rent, they say. And it's also about reducing underage drinking. "This way we have a little more control over what's going on," said Superintendent Hugh Beattie.
