Biden To Announce $100 Million To Improve Mental Health Services

Vice President Biden on Tuesday will announce a $100 million plan to improve mental health services, as the one-year anniversary of the Connecticut elementary school shooting approaches.

Biden will make the announcement at a meeting with families who lost loved ones during the Dec. 14 attack at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Conn.
