At Least 40 Dead, 100 Injured in Twin Blasts in Turkish Town Near Syrian Border

Twin car bombs have killed 40 people and injured 100 in the Turkish town of Reyhanli, near the Syrian border.

Interior Minister Muammer Guler said the bombs had gone off in the town near the town hall and post office.
